Splendour Fields, which opened in January 2023 with a cafe, speciality coffee bar, bakery and deli store overlooking The JLT Park has proven an instant hit with local residents and office workers. Nobu Dubai
Taking place every Friday until Sunday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, you can sample a two-course lunch menu for Dhs165 per person. To begin the experience, you can choose two options from an extensive list of 14 starters, including white fish dry miso, prawn dumplings, seafood ceviche, shrimp tempura, chicken anticucho taco and spicy tuna maki. While for the main event, there are nine dishes to choose from, such as seabass jalapeño shiso, grilled salmon aji Amarillo salsa, roasted duck orange miso and the lamb chops wasabi pepper. All of which will be accompanied by crispy spicy garlic rice.
For an additional Dhs50, guests can select the beef tenderloin amazu, or the signature black cod miso. For those wishing to end lunch on a sweet note, the à la carte menu features a range of options such as Nobu cheesecake, seasonal exotic fruit, mochi ice cream or a selection of ice cream and sorbet.
