One of Dubai’s busiest and most popular malls has announced that a whole range of new luxury, lifestyle and wellness concepts will arrive this winter.
Huge expansion plans are already underway at Mall of the Emirates as more than 100 new stores and reimagined spaces are set to transform the mall over the next few years.
And as part of those plans, the mall has revealed new additions are on the way in December and January – including two major international brands making their Dubai debut.
The mall has also revealed that some big names have returned, recently reopened or expanded their existing space.
1) Ulta Beauty

Top American beauty brand Ulta is set to open its first Dubai store at Mall of the Emirates by the end of January 2026, according to the mall.
The brand first announced that it was coming to the region back in January 2025 with stores also set to open in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia in the near future.
Ulta stores promise to bring the energy of a “beauty festival” with aisles curated with cult makeup, skincare and haircare brands alongside emerging labels.
2) Sephora

The largest Sephora in Dubai is now open at Mall of the Emirates.
Stocked with high-end beauty brands, this French chain store also sells a good in-house brand, the store’s namesake, which is popular with beauty buffs on a budget.
Sephora’s USP? It has everything you need under one roof: perfume, make-up, giftsets, toiletries and more. And in even better news, you can score free delivery on all orders.
3) H&M
One of the world’s most popular fast fashion brands has recently opened a massive new store at Mall of the Emirates.
Visitors can expect a cool beauty studio, immersive trial rooms and more when they head to the Swedish brand’s store.
The store is a top hub for affordable, trendy wardrobe staples for all budgets.
4) Jo Malone London

Luxury British fragrance and lifestyle brand Jo Malone London is set to open by the end of December 2025 on the ground floor of the mall.
Visitors can expect a wide range of perfumes, colognes and candles with scents like Pomegranate Noir, Wood Sage and Sea Salt plus Peony and Blush Suede at the new store.
5) SKIMS
Kim Kardashian’s shapewear brand Skims is set to open its first physical Dubai store at Mall of the Emirates by the end of December 2025.
It will be a regional first for the brand as it opens its first brick-and-mortar store.
The brand has only been available to Dubai shoppers via Ounass until now, and is very likely to be a hit once it opens.
The brand promotes body positivity with its sculpting bodysuits and comfortable loungewear.
6) Collection of Style (COS)

Contemporary minimalist clothing brand Collection of Style (COS) is set to arrive at Mall of the Emirates in the middle of January.
Shoppers can expect more options for wardrobe staples with clean lines and made out of sustainable materials when the shop opens on the first floor.
7) Omega

Luxury watch brand Omega is so trusted that it’s accompanied astronauts to the moon and timed the nanoseconds of difference required at the Olympic Games.
Set to arrive at Mall of the Emirates in the middle of January, visitors can expect top-of-the-range traditional timepieces.
8) Vhernier

Italian maison Vhernier – celebrated for avant-garde creativity, bold architectural forms and statement pieces that feel more like wearable art than accessories – is set to open by the end of January.
Visitors can expect the finest Italian jewellery and craftsmanship when the latest Dubai-based store opens its doors.
9) Gymshark

The most recently opened store for fitness brand Gymshark has opened at Mall of the Emirates.
With more than 10 million customers worldwide, you’ll easily be able to find your next gym-fit in here.
You can expect gym-ready, street-inspired clothing and equipment along with a special line of modest wear just for the UAE.
10) Victoria’s Secret

The world’s most iconic lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret is all set for a return to Mall of the Emirates by the end of December 2025.
Victoria’s Secret will move into a new, refreshed and elevated space at the Mall of the Emirates. Visitors can expect a more immersive environment, celebrating femininity with flair.
11) Rolex

Arguably the world’s most famous watch brand, Rolex has recently reopened its Mall of the Emirates outpost.
The Swiss brand has a reimagined concept store that blends heritage with modern luxury.
12) Louis Vuitton

One of the world’s leading international fashion houses, Louis Vuitton has recently expanded its offering at Mall of the Emirates in a refreshed space.
The space has been redesigned to offer a richer, more experiential environment for visitors.
13) BRĒD

Brand-new home-grown bakery and all-day dining concept BRĒD is opening at Mall of the Emirates in January.
Fans of the word-of-mouth only cloud kitchen Maha’s Bakehouse will recognise the signature sourdoughs, croissants and pastries on the menu here plus sandwiches, burgers, sourdough pizzas and fresh salads.
14) Gray Wellness Centre

This 25,000-square-foot wellness destination has recently opened at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates.
Part of SEVEN Group Wellness legacy in Dubai and Ibiza, the new Gray Wellness facility will focus on fitness, movement, recovery, relaxation, longevity, nutrition and community.
15) New Covent Garden Theatre

A brand-new venue capable of hosting world-class entertainment at one of Dubai’s most popular malls has recently opened.
New Covent Garden at Mall of the Emirates is a hive of creativity featuring a 575-seater theatre, ten dance and rehearsal studios and a new restaurant.
The theatre will bring first-class stage productions, including West End musicals, Arabic plays, ballet, comedy, opera, family shows and concerts to the mall.
